krikzz is working on something for the GB/GBC but it wont support GBA.

Yup, that's because the gba switches between gba and gb/gbc mode with a hardware switch activated by a gb/gbc cartridge case. You would need a case that physically changes to support both, or just separate carts for gb/gbc and gba games.
