Adding the chroma amp was what I couldn't figure out to do, so the commission was well worth it for the technical knowhow.
It seems my TV doesn't like Genesis S-video either way, although this is a massive improvement on what I was able to get it to do. Anyway, this comment is long overdue, but thanks for your work!
