This is my pc engine avenue pad 6.  I did the modwork a while ago, I recently redid the casework on it so it looks nicer.  This controller has a straight wired adapter built into it so I can plug in arcade sticks / whatever I want as long as it's straight wired.  The original control pad works fine as well.
