I have used one of those 2 in 1 retro adapter on a SNES recently ( After replacing the power jack ).
The adapter is designed for NES and Genesis but it worked well on the SNES however I had some scrolling bar type interferences in the videos.

I believe this "might" be fixed by adding a large inductor in the Power brick ( or alternatively in the SNES )

I recently found nes and snes power adapters made by innovation.

they are not 2 in 1 or 3 in 1 adapters they are for 1 system only.

they seem to work without issues. i measured the voltage output and its right on spec.

a few people thats all they sell they wont sell the 3 in 1s because they are junk.

Ive since ran nes consoles with the nesrgb installed and an ed with innovation adapter without issue.
