ive got a pexhdcap capture card and it has a ground loop appearing as a horizontal bar in the picture.

does anyone know where i can find a good, inexpensive ground loop isolator?

Part of my problem is that the computer and the video game consoles are on different walls and plugged into different outlets.

I cant do anything about this.

What kind of video signal?
