Gameboy Devcart Version 3

Same hardware as version 2, I just rebuilt the case.















This cart plays either flash chips or eproms selectable by the small switch on the top.  With flash you can use up to 512k with eproms up to 1mbyte without any rewiring or adapters.  The extra header is the address lines for 16, 32 and 64mbit adapters.  Easy swap save ram battery socket is installed on the back.

This one looks a good deal better than your old one.

Thanks. The irony is that this is the exact same cart, I just gave it a new housing. I didn't want to give it a nice more permanent install until I'd heavily tested it with a variety of games on a variety of different gameboy hardware machines. The last version was more of a test version.

I just installed a better switch, new pictures in the first post.  The previous switch only worked with flash chips up to 256k, now it works with 512k flash chips again with no rewiring. This new switch is also smaller.
