Tidy N64 RGB Install Empty

I just followed the mod at http://www.mmmonkey.co.uk/ntsc-nintendo-64-rgb/

However, I think I've made it tidier. I used headers on the THS7314's RGB in pins (1, 2 and 3) to attach directly to the N64's main board. Makes the SOC to DIP8 board very sturdy and there's less wires running all over the place.

If that's the cable he chooses to use then yes. It's just wired into the n64 / snes multi av port in this picture.

I use this:

It's a SCART cable that I've modified because the cheap, non-Nintendo SCART cables you can buy have no shielding. The lack of shielding makes the audio noisy as hell because of the video signal interference. I chop down the cables to just a couple feet and run both audio channels separately with shielded cable. Alternatively, you could buy official Nintendo SCART cables and rewire them from JP21 to EuroSCART, but they're ~$100 and I have 3 consoles that use this... gets expensive. I'd like to spend that money elsewhere.

The SCART to BNC adapter is unmodified and purchased from http://www.retrogamingcables.co.uk/
The quality of these adapters is fantastic.
